Port of Everett Seeks Tenants for New Waterfront Development

The Port of Everett is looking for prospective tenants interested in opening wine, beer and spirits tasting rooms along its waterfront.

The port is developing a ‘wine walk’ featuring at least four new buildings with multiple tenants near retail, housing and other mixed uses, as well as “expansive outdoor patios with rooftop deck options and ‘Instagramable’ views of the Port of Everett Marina and Port Gardner Bay.

Port officials anticipate construction to start next year.

“We are creating a destination waterfront here at the Port of Everett where you can do five things year-round, you can eat, drink, sleep, work and recreate – this project is right in the center of it,” port CEO Lisa Lefeber said. “This is a rare opportunity to be part of something new and unique at the waterfront that not only aligns with today’s top trends, but also adds to the overall vibe and visitor experience we have been working to create here at Waterfront Place.”

Potential tenants may reach out to Lefeber via email at lisal@portofeverett.com.
