After shutting down its offices in January amid rising COVID-19 cases, the Port of Olympia reopened its offices to the public on March 14. Masks and hand sanitizers are available for those who enter port offices.

The port’s administrative offices are now open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Swantown Marina offices are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday, with the Swantown Marina guest dock available for destination visitors. More information is available by calling the marina at (360) 528-8049.

The Swantown Boatworks office and work yard continue to operate from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. If possible, however, workers prefer to still conduct business via the office service window and can also serve customers via telephone, email or website. For more, call Swantown Boatworks at (360) 528-8059. Swantown Marine Fueling Station is operating from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, closing for lunch from noon to 1 p.m.

The Marine Terminal is still operational, but access is limited and all vessel visits and community tours are still canceled. Appointments are required for real estate property showings. Call (360) 528-8012 for more information.

Meanwhile, the port commission is continuing to conduct meetings and workshops remotely via Zoom. Visit https://portolympia.com/commission/ for more meeting information.
