Port of Seattle Releases 2023 Budget, Five-Year Spending Plan

The proposed 2023 budget and five-year spending plan for the Port of Seattle includes significant investments in seaport infrastructure and workforce development. Port of Seattle to Begin Public Meetings on 2023 Budget Proposal

Starting Sept. 27, the Port of Seattle is planning a series of public meetings to discuss the port’s proposed 2023 budget and five-year capital plan. Port commissioners are expected to hear more about the port’s operating division budgets on Sept. 27 and Oct. 11. There are also plans for two public open houses on the budget and capital plan.
