Those looking to operate zero-emission trucks in San Pedro Bay may be eligible for Port of Los Angeles voucher incentives generated from the Clean Truck Fund, the port announced Sept. 13. In the first of a series of incentives from the port, the $5 million fund would use the state’s Hybrid and Zero-Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project application process to offer $150,000 to buy zero-emission trucks that serve the port complex.
