Businesses affected by flooding in Northwest Washington between October 2021 and April 2022 are eligible for the Northwest Washington Disaster Grants Program, the Port of Bellingham announced Jan. 4. Businesses that experienced physical damage and economic loss from flooding may apply for the $10 million grant program.
