The Port of Los Angeles wants the public to weigh in on a newly released draft environmental impact report on a low-carbon cement-processing facility project in Wilmington. The port plans to host a virtual meeting at 5 p.m. Nov. 1 on Zoom to give the public an opportunity to offer feedback on a project being proposed by Ecocem Materials Ltd, through its Orcem California Inc. subsidiary.
