Anthony Peña has been chosen as the new government relations manager for the Pacific Northwest Waterways Association, the organization announced earlier this month. Peña, who started with PNWA on Sept. 6, previously was the Southwest Washington representative and outreach director for Sen. Patty Murray for more than two years, as well as worked for Washington State Senator Annette Cleveland and as a labor and political organizer for Working America AFL-CIO for three years.
