Outgoing Port of Vancouver USA Commissioner Jerry Oliver was recently lauded as an Honorary Lifetime Member by the Washington Public Ports Association (WPPA). Oliver was presented with the award on Nov. 22 at the WPPA Annual Convention in Tacoma, Wash. He was chosen for his outstanding leadership and service in the port industry.
