After a national search, LPC West, the West Coast arm of real estate firm Lincoln Property Co., has been chosen to develop the Port of Everett’s Millwright District project at Waterfront Place.

Earlier this month, port commissioners authorized an exclusive negotiating agreement with LPC West to build out the roughly 10-acre Millwright District, the second phase of development at the 65-acre Waterfront Place.

Millwright District development encompasses up to 60,000 square feet of retail, 200,000 square feet of commercial space and 200 multi-family housing units.

The firm, which has offices in Washington, Oregon, California and Idaho, oversees a portfolio of over 33 million square feet of commercially developed, managed and/or leased properties, according to the port.

“LPC West comes with the highest of recommendations and has proven experience in delivering quality mixed-use projects that honor the vision and history of the communities they are developing in,” Port CEO Lisa Lefeber said. “We are so excited to hit the ground running with our new partners to bring jobs and additional vibrancy to the waterfront.”
