Port of Bellingham Launching Terminal Modernization Project

A new and improved Bellingham Shipping Terminal is set to open this spring. The Port of Bellingham announced Feb. 1 that it is moving forward on a $27.5 million effort to modernize the shipping terminal. Bellingham SeaFeast Hires Program Director

Kevin Coleman, who served as Veritas Media’s community outreach and sales manager, is the new program director of the Bellingham SeaFeast, the event’s Board of Directors announced Friday, June 17. Coleman will lead a team tasked with putting on the popular event spotlighting Whatcom County’s maritime history, its working waterfront, the commercial seafood sectors and the food that the Pacific Northwest is known for.
