Oregon International Port of Coos Bay Chief Executive Officer John Burns is expected to step down after nearly a decade in the leadership role, the port’s Board of Commissioners announced earlier this month. Burns’ last day at the port is yet to be determined as the port begins the process of creating a transition plan, the port said.
