BRIX Marine Delivers Sovereign One Catamaran to Puyallup Tribe

The Puyallup Tribe in western Washington state has received a new BRIX Marine-built vessel that’s expected to help bolster shellfish monitoring operations in the Pacific Northwest. The Port Angeles, Wash.-based vessel designer and builder announced April 24 that it has finished and delivered to the tribe the 3513-CTC Sovereign One. BRIX Marine has launched the Lugudi Barana, a new, modern 3011-CTC survey boat, the Port Angeles, Wash.-based vessel manufacturer said March 4. The new vessel has a 30-foot hull length, a 28-foot waterline length and a lightship weight of about 9,500 pounds.
